World AIDS Day
December 1st has been designated World AIDS Day. It is a day to remember that this deadly disease still impacts millions of lives:
“The United Nations is appealing for international donors to help it fund early HIV/Aids testing it says could save millions of lives.
Thirty-three million people are living with HIV in the world today and the UN says it wants to use World Aids day to highlight the importance of early testing and treatment.”

The United Nations has established a donation web site. Here is the link:
If circumstances are such that it is not possible to donate, please pass the link to your friends and family. Every donation is necessary - hopefully there will be a time when such sites will no longer be needed.
