Smarter Than a Fifth Grader
As a kid, I always thought that museums were boring. I am only now realizing the wealth of interesting knowledge contained within them. While most children find that museums are boring, some find them very interesting. And the smartest of the bunch are able to find errors in the museums:
ALLEGAN, Mich. - Is fifth-grader Kenton Stufflebeam smarter than the Smithsonian?
On a winter break trip with his family to the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of Natural History, the 11-year-old southwestern Michigan boy noticed that a notation, in bold lettering, mistakenly identified the Precambrian as an era. (Link)
I have a feeling that this kid is going to go far in life. He already classifies as a genius in my book.
