Regenerating Nerves
At times, science and science fiction overlap. It has been long the dream of science to reach a level of understanding nerve transmissions so that it could be replicated by human made technology. Such, for example, is the fiction of being ‘bionic’. And one of the scientific teams in Canada has received a multi-million funding grant to push forward on that scientific frontier:
“…“If we generate electrical signals on a microchip, we can guide nerve cells sitting on that chip to grow and connect along specific pathways,” Syed said. ”Our dream is to bypass scar tissue and put nerve communication back on track.”"

If successful, the science takes an enormous step. Often, when Nature reveals one secret, other mysteries begin to be resolved. And so many prayers would be answered.
