PublicRadar Server Move

*Update* - As of 3:40pm pacific time, the move has been completed. The website is fully functional.
On Friday April 11, at 3pm pacific time, PublicRadar will be moved to a new server. We are not moving hosts — but our host is going to move us to an newly upgraded server. This should improve the site slowness at night.
At this time, I do not know how long the move will take, however we are going to try to minimize downtime as much as possible.
No new content will be posted, starting Friday at 12 midnight, until the move is complete. This is so we can run a full backup of the website, and guarantee we lose nothing in the move.
